Customer Notice: Important Information Regarding Your Orders

 

At Bumbalina, we strive to provide the highest quality jewelry and exceptional customer service. Due to the high volume of online orders, we kindly request that when reaching out with questions about your order, you include all relevant order details, including your order number. This helps us process your request smoothly and efficiently. Without this information, we may be unable to assist you.

 

Please Note: All Sales Are Final

Given the nature of our products, all sales are final. This means no returns or exchanges will be accepted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Help! I lost my authenticyty tag! Now what?!

Not to worry! Each bracelet is stamped with the official LeStage logo on the inside of the band as a permanent mark of authenticity.

The exterior tag is simply an added embellishment for presentation—it is not the only proof of authenticity. This tag is securely soldered onto the bracelet and cannot fall off unless the bracelet is opened and the tag is removed or lost by the wearer. It is not possible for the tag to come off on its own without the bracelet being opened. Regardless of whether the tag remains attached, every LeStage bracelet is backed by a lifetime warranty, thanks to the internal LeStage stamp. This stamp ensures that even if a bracelet is sent in for repair, the manufacturer can verify its authenticity and confirm that it is not a replica.

 

Cape Cod Bracelet Sizing

If you purchase a Cape Cod bracelet and it does not fit, we are happy to assist you in getting the correct size. You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to arrange for a sizing exchange.

 

Important: Worn Jewelry Policy

Please ensure that you do not wear your jewelry if you need to exchange it for a different size. We cannot accept worn jewelry for exchanges, as it is easy to determine if an item has been worn, and we are unable to resell such items.

 

Do Not Send Packages Without Prior Contact

If you need to reach out for any reason, DO NOT SEND any packages back to us without contacting us first, or without including the necessary information in the package. Packages sent with no details will get lost, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to help you.
